I liked their breakfast

Staff and cleanliness

The staff were Very friendly and the gym was 24 hrs.

The hotel must be located near a sewer recycle. The area in the morning smelled like sewerage. The bathroom sink drain was clogged the whole stay.

The facilities of the pool and sauna The location was good but the road system was a bit confusing at first

The bed was awful, the mattress was probably the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The staff just did their job and were never really interested in us as customers, Asked for them to contact a company to get me prices didn't happen

The pillow was smelling like some oil that Indian used. Maybe people lived before me had it on their hair and it stuck into the pillow but the staff only clean the pillow's cover

Staff say yes but they don't deliver. Ice Maker broken on all floors and they did not fixed. I have to go to front Desk every day asking for Ice and spend 10 to 30 min getting the Ice .

Free shuttle bus to the airport. Friendly staff. Easy check-in/out. Affordable breakfast but so-so food quality.

Wifi was only available in public spaces, not in the room. So it was misleading at the moment of making the reservation. If I had known I had chosen another hotel with wifi in my room.

Staff was courteous and helpful when called upon. Proximity to the airport was a major consideration when booked. Meals were varied and good, and security was reassuring.

Location had little to do around it.

The shuttle service from the airport is only until 22:30 which is much too early and from the hotel to the airport is only until 10 in the morning. That was disappointing.

Price I paid. Ambiance, rooms, everything.

Airport shuttle timetable is sucks , should have bus every 30 min, not an hourly one.

its more of a four star than five, a lot needs to be maintained and updated. especially the smell in the shower the drains need some cleaning

All the stuff were friendly . Baris , Cem , Mert , Arda they were helping all the time .
